MY FAVORITE SPORT - SWIMMING
Hello viewers, do you like
being fit, if you do , you do this by exercising and mostly playing sports, so
I am going to tell you about my favorite sport; swimming.
I really love swimming, more
than soccer, because I started do the sport ever since I have been 5 years and
I have been training for up to five years now. Sometimes I wish that I started
since I was a baby so that I will be training in the squad before I go to
boarding school.
They are so many things I have and need
for the squad, the things are alignment board, swimming talker, flippers,
snorkel, goggles and a as Coach swimming cap. The pictures of them are below to
see them well just zoom out and they are very useful to use you know When
I was little I was afraid to swim in deep pools and even when I started
swimming in the deep side, I was using a kickboard to swim from the deep side
to the shallow side more than once.
The name of one of my previous coach is
Coach Abola, he wasn’t as strict as coach tuff. When I was swimming in the more
shallow pool, I was really wishing I was in the swimming squad. Thus I trained
very hard to become faster and faster and then finely, since last year on
March, I have been in the squad. This is how it happened
a.
First, I was walking into Ikoyi club after some months that coach Tuff was training me and then I
saw the squad getting ready to swim and then she told me to join them.
b.
When I joined , I had to line up on one of the lines( because they were
six lanes and six lines)the key was that a vertical line represents a lane
while a horizontal represents a group, the groups were 3rd, 2nd
and 1st group, the group you are in depends on your stamina( meaning-how
fast you swim), technic(meaning- how well you swim as well) and behavior. I have been there for a long time.
