My favourite sport is basketball it involves a system of complicated rules. I can tell you all about them.

Rules

1.    Goaltending-When you remove the ball from the basket when it is a point.

2.    Backcourt violation-It is when you move to the opposing hoop with the ball.

3.    8 second violation-It is when you hold the ball for more than 8 seconds.

4.    5 second violation-It is when you don’t score in time.

5.    Kicked ball violation-It is when you kick the ball.

There are also fouls that seem a little bit over the top.

Fouls

1.    Shooting foul-It is when you foul somebody when they shoot.

2.    Defensive foul-It is when you are defending someone and you foul the person.

3.    Technical foul-It is when you don’t show sportsmanship.

4.    Team foul-It is when two or more players foul the same person.

5.    Personal foul-It is when one player fouls another player, if you get 5 of these you will be fouled out which means you won’t play.
